Important Information

READ THIS INFORMATION BEFORE COMPLETING ENROLLMENT

This is NOT class registration.  It is ONLY for enrolling in the school for the current school year.

*By completing this enrollment you must have read the policy manual and the quick look policy sheet found at https://www.araog.org/enrollment-and-class-registration

 - When registering for classes, student must have access to a computer/tablet/device to download study guide and complete the assignments (which are in Word format).  Save the assignment and attach to an email in either Word format or PDF format.  (Google documents and Pages format are not acceptable for submission)

- The enrollment fee for ARSOM is $10.00 per student per school year (August - May).  Each school year a student must re-enroll.  The class registration fee is a separate fee and is collected monthly during  registration.  Book fees are not included and are the responsibility of the student, whether using a regular textbook or an e-book.

- If the student indicates permission to receive text messages from ARSOM, then communication may also be sent in this manner.  Student must apprise ARSOM of any change in phone number.

- Student will receive emails from [email protected] at least once time per month, but may receive additional email announcements as needed. Student must maintain a current email account. It is suggested that the student follow ARSOM on Facebook to get current information.

- Student must abide by all policies of ARSOM including deadline dates, registration guidelines, study guide completion guidelines, amount of time suggested outside the classroom reading the textbook and working on the study guide, class attendance requirements, and other policies listed in the official ARSOM policy manual.

- Student must understand that completion of ARSOM courses is NOT a guarantee that credentials can or will be issued.  These classes provide the educational requirement set forth by the General Council of the Assemblies of God for credentials.  The credentials application process is separate from the classes.

- Student understands that they must be at least 18 years of age by the end of the school year in order to go into the credentials process.  Any student who is not 18 years old by the time of the credentials process will not be allowed to proceed, or take additional classes.

- When a student cannot attend a class for which they have registered, it is the responsibility of the student to contact ARSOM and advise ahead of the class date (or at the latest, the morning of the class) in order to receive a discount on a future class.

NOTE*****- If you are pursuing credentials and you (and/or your spouse) have a previous marriage(s), you will be required to go through the divorce recognition application process.  It is recommended a student make contact with the credentials specialist about this early in the school year.  You can secure a packet or ask questions by emailing [email protected].
