The council meeting will be held at the Hot Springs Convention Center - Horner Hall. Please see the schedule below for complete information.
In order to vote, all ministers and delegates must register. Please note - delegates are NOT credentialed ministers. Churches are allowed only ONE delegate. PAC churches cannot be represented by a delegate.
Visitor Registration is optional, but suggested. All visitors will receive a name badge and we will be able to track the number of visitors attending the council meetings.

Pre-registration will be open until 11:59 p.m. on April 1. Pre-registration will be $35 PER PERSON for ministers and delegates.
After April 1, late registration will be open until 11:59 p.m. on April 15. Late registration will be $50 per person for ministers and delegates.
