Vendor/Exhibitor Options (DOES NOT INCLUDE VOTER REGISTRATION FOR AN ARKANSAS MINISTER. Please use the regular registration for that option.)

  • approx. 10 ft running space - electrical hookup - for a free standing exhibit. Exhibitor must provide table. TABLE CANNOT BE ADDED ONSITE.

  • approx. 10 ft running space. NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE ONSITE. For a free-standing exhibit that does not require electricity or exhibitor wants to provide their own table.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Any vendor that sells merchandise in the exhibits area MUST have a tax ID number, and is responsible for all sales taxes.  Vendors may not sell or give away food.  Candy/mints are allowed giveaways.  Any vendor running a giveaway is responsible for collecting information from attendees, selecting a winner, and notifying that winner as well as getting the item(s) to the winner(s).


There is NOT an option for vendors to include material in a registration packet at this Council.
