Everyone 18 years of age and older, must provide these 4 forms; a Pastoral Recommendation from your pastor, a cleared National Background Check, a cleared Child Maltreatment Check and the notarized Authorization & Release form. All forms are required to be in the district office no later than September 28th. The forms are available at www.araog.org/royal-rangers Your church may already have these cleared forms on file. The district recognizes backgrounds for 12 months.
Event registration cost is "Nonrefundable but is Transferable".
*Friday's meal will be provided by the FCF at no cost. Each outpost is responsible for meals for your group. The district is offering a meal plan that covers 3 meals on Saturday and breakfast Sunday morning for a cost of $25.00 per person. Option is below.
All attendees must fill out the "Attendee Information Form" and the "Medical Form" found on the website page and email to Randy Bradley prior to the event at [email protected].. These forms are mandatory.
