The schedule for all classes, including registration deadlines, study guide deadlines, mentoring and credentials orientations, and other information can be found on the website at www.arsom.net or www.araog.org, or on the monthly class registration page. Additionally, the schedule for any month is included in the email sent to students after each month's class registration closes.
This enrollment is for the current school year. It is non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to another student.
All students must have a current, active email account. Almost all communication is done through email. ARSOM also will utilize text messaging if the student approves receiving text messages. The ARSOM Facebook page also continually has information and announcements updated, and it is suggested that students connect with that.
Students are required to have access to a computer or a device that can download the monthly study guide for their class. The study guide MUST BE DOWNLOADED during registration for the class, completed by the deadline, and returned to ARSOM in either Word format or PDF format.
ARSOM students must maintain the highest level of honesty and integrity at all times. Students are not to complete study guides for other students - each student is to complete their work on their own. No two study guides should ever be the same between students.
ARSOM publishes a policy manual outlining important details about the process of attending classes, completing studies, applying for mentoring, applying for credentials, along with rules and regulations set forth by the ARSOM oversight committee. All students are to read the policy manual PRIOR TO enrolling in the school. Click the link below for the current policy manual. If you have questions after you have read through the manual, please feel free to contact the ARSOM staff for clarification. We are serious that students need to familiarize themselves with the policy manual. Knowledge of the policy manual will keep students from many pitfalls during ARSOM.

All classes must be paid for when the registration is completed. ARSOM does NOT bill for classes, and no student may have an outstanding balance for a class fee. All textbooks are the responsibility of the student, and it is acceptable to use either a printed copy of the textbook or an e-book. ARSOM does not sell textbooks, but all textbooks are listed on the website www.arsom.net with links to both Christianbook.com and Amazon.com for the purpose of purchase.
Students who register for a class and then find they cannot attend, are REQUIRED to inform the ARSOM office before the day of the class (and no later than the morning of class prior to the class beginning) in order to receive a partial "fee credit" of $45.00The student can request a code to redeem their credit by contacting the ARSOM staff. Only one credit can be used at a time, and no credit can be transferred to another student. All credits expire 12 months after they are posted.
