Dear Pastor, Leader, and Mature Christian:

AYM on Mission is not for everyone.  Not everyone who applies to go on these missions’ trips gets to go.  We are looking for top-notch young people to go as AYM on Mission servants.  Since it is impossible for us to become personally acquainted with all the applicants, we must rely on your recommendation.  Please share your honest opinions.

We would appreciate your confidential comments on the applicant’s maturity, stability, temperament, ability to adjust to new situations, physical stamina and any other traits or qualities that might be assets or liabilities.  Exposure to pressures, cultural shock, and physical stress places a great demand on the character and disposition of each applicant.
